ANTI-DOPING SCHOOL DISTRICT VISITS

 

Andre Collins, Vice President, TTASPE, answers a question for a representative of the Ministry of Sport, Tobago House of Assembly, at the National Secondary Schools Anti-doping Awareness Project.

 

TTASPE visited Tobago earlier in October as part of its Anti-doping Awareness project. The project hopes to raise awareness among young/studfent athletes of the dangers of doping in sport.

 

On Thursday, October 23 rd, four schools from POS and its environs came out to be part of the National Secondary Schools’ Anti-doping Project, they were, Mucurapo Senior Comprehensive School, Woodbrook Government Secondary School, Tranquility Government Secondary School and Couva West Secondary School, who had missed their district visit. There were a total of 52 students.

 

A teacher of Siparia Secondary school assists students of Irie High school and Siparia Secondary school as they engage in an exercise at their District school visit at siparia Secfondary Composite school. The visit is a part of the National Secondary schools Anti-doping Project.
