TTASPE cordially invites physical education teachers, coaches, community volunteers, sport administrators, youth administrators, counselors and advocates for sport for development to our bi-annual convention, ISPEC 2007. This year we'll be focusing on the emerging field of Sport for Development and we're proud to announce our keynote speaker, Zambia's dynamic Sport in Action leader, Clement Chileshe.
